1. Getting Started
Go to http://root.cern.ch/bugs and log into JIRA with your (lightweight) CERN account. If you do not have an account, please go to register for a lightweight CERN account before using JIRA.All of our community infrastructure, including the bug tracker, is subject to our community guidelines.
Bug Tracker
We use JIRA to track ROOT bugs and to gather feature requests.
Anyone can add a new bug, comment on an existing bug, or even submit a patch to fix a bug.
Bug Reporting Guidelines
The RootTalk mailing list and forum can be used to pass information of general interest to the ROOT user community or to submit problems that you cannot solve with the information provided in the User's Guide or Reference Guide. Several thousands users read the list and forum. When you send a mail to RootTalk, please obey the following simple rules:
