Release Candidate 5.32/00-rc1

The first release candidate of ROOT 5.32/00 is now available.

The SVN tag for this version is v5-32-00-rc1.

Release Candidates provide a stable testing environment for the next pro release. There are typically two RC's (one month and two weeks) prior to a pro release. The idea of the RC is to only contain bug fixes. See the release schedule for when to expect the pro release.
