[ROOT] Oracle database access from root now available

Dear Rooters,

as promised on the CERN ROOT 2000 workshop, we have now implemented a first
version the Oracle database interface to Root.
You can download the software together with some installation instruction
from http://www.gsi.de/computing/root/OracleAccess.htm

We have tested the software on Linux.

Please feel free to test ist and send reports to me.
