[ROOT] How to get a dialog window inside main gui frame on Linux?

Hi rooters and Fons,

I have a rather strange question... If I call any dialog window from
my main frame (including standard ROOT TGMsgBox dialog) I can not manage
to get it on top of the main frame window. Linux window manager always
puts it near the main frame window using available desktop space.
It looks like this kind of behaviour is predefined in (gnome or kde?)
managers, e.g. if I call many times kedit or terminal, I never get cascade
or overlapping layout until I have any desktop space left.

How can I overcome this problem?

Regards,
Anton
