Re: [ROOT] compiling root_v3 on LinuxPPC

Dear Damir

Thank you very much for your fast response.

My original installation was LinuxPPC1999 (base installation), which I
continuously upgraded to LinuxPPC2000. (To get the latest versions, I
usually check LinuxPPC, MkLinux and YellowDog, and download the
latest versions. Until now I did not have any problems in mixing the
packages)

Since I thought that maybe libtermcap was not installed I have downloaded
libtermcap-2.0.8-18.ppc.rpm from the LinuxPPC server. It is installed in
/lib as: /lib/libtermcap.so.2.0.8 and a link /lib/libtermcap.so.2
For this reason it is not quite clear to me why the makefile did not find it.

Do I have to make a symbolic link in a different directory?

Thank you for your help
Christian
