Thanks for your responses !

They however did not solve my problem... !!! BUT  !!! Since there was a new
release I decided to
install that and start from there (The Win32 InstallShield version didn't
install, by the way, you might want to do a recheck)

With the new Root version (3.00.06)  the problem has disapeared !!! No error
messages any more.
