I haven't tried CVS access for a couple of weeks, but it has always worked for me before today (I have done it about every two weeks for the last six months). Today, however, I get "cvs [login aborted]: connect to root.cern.ch(137.138.170.252):2401 failed: Connection refused". I have tried it two or three times (separated by an hour or so) today, always getting the same error. I have made sure that I have CVSROOT set correctly (:pserver:cvs@root.cern.ch:/usr/cvs) and that I am using the correct password (as shown on http://root.cern.ch/root/CVS.html). Is the ROOT CVS server down/inaccessible or am I doing something wrong? I am using Linux 7.1, in case that matters.
