[ROOT] carrot and dapache 2.x

Hi!

I'm trying to use the great carrot with the new apache 2.x version on the
desy hera-b webserver. Is there a patch for the new apxs interface
available?
The first problem I stumbled about was the missing of the "handler_rec"
class in the apache 2 code.
