Hi Andre,

  all .rootrc supported options can be found in
$ROOTSYS/etc/system.rootrc. They are all there with their default
values.

The command line history stack size cannot be changed, yet, via .rootrc.
Actually the size of 100 is hard coded. This history array could be made
dynamic and of variable lenght. I've no time now, but a patch is always
welcome. Code that needs to be changed is all in Getline.c.
