[ROOT] Lorentz Boost

Dear ROOT experts:
for the ROOT command TLorentzVector::Boost(TVector3 b), is it essential that
the "rod" and "original" frames have axis pointing in the same directions?
(i.e. can the rod frame be rotated with respect to the original frame?)
