yes, the display is correctly set. I am running a program using root in 
batch mode but I don't know where the output figures are located....

TASImage says :
Error in <TASImage::WriteImage>: no image loaded

Xvfb is launched with :
-----------------------
Xvfb :29 -auth /etc/X29.hosts -screen 0 1600x1200x8&
