Hi, I can't reproduce this with THtml from Sept 2 (it's skipping all root classes for me). Are you sure you don't run THtml::MakeAll() from $ROOTSYS? In that case THtml would find all of root's sources, and generate doc for all of root's classes (as it should). I can't run root on windows at the moment; of noone else is able to test this problem (and reoprt the result) I'll test the win version tonight. Axel.
