[ROOT] external error matrix

Hi rooters,

When you use "mnemat" to calculate the external error matrix,
do the off-diagonal elements come out as _correlation_ coeffitients
rather than covariance ?

I've read a MINUIT document where I saw that statement about MINOS.
I was wondering if it general for _external_ error matrices.
