Thank Ilka, the new documentation

"User's Guide v4.04" http://root.cern.ch/root/doc/RootDoc.html

contains the brief description of the new ROOT Qt layer.

The documentation contains several of the "HelloWord"-kind examples The source of the examples is available to download http://root.bnl.gov/QtRoot/downloads/qtRootExamples.tar.gz and play with

It is the first public presentation. Therefore, the huge amount of the unfold yet bugs and typos are to be anticipated :( and tolerated :)
