ROOT development release 5.15/02

We are pleased to announce a new development release (5.15/02).

This new version includes a major reorganization of the ROOT classes. Read VERY carefully the release notes.

This reorganization is the first phase of an effort to reduce coupling between modules and reduce
the size of the executables at run time. We will describe these changes in more details during
the coming ROOT workshop in March.

Note that we also release the Reference Manual with several improvements.

The next development release is scheduled for March 21, just before the ROOT workshop.
