TProfile::Rebin with variable-sized bins (xbins!=0)

Hi Rene,

I had trouble using TProfile::Rebin with variable sized bins. The only way to get it to work (for head) was to actually change the code (similar to what we did some time ago in TH1::Rebin).

Please find attached the patch.

Note, it seems to me that using xbins!=0 for newname=0 does not make sense and probably should be caught and a warning (or error) being issued. The patch does not include this since I was not sure of all the possible use patterns of Rebin.
