I am very sorry but I have no idea on TVector/TMatrix. They were introduced recently but I left ROOT team 14 months ago. Does it work under any UNIX ? I may try to see what is going wrong with TVector but suppose the author of this class may have a look too. Two weeks ago I did proposed those classes supplied from the ROOT Web site were checked for NT but got: http://root.cern.ch/root/roottalk/roottalk98/1461.html You may be curious to look that thread up.
