Return status

Dear Rooters,

I'd like to comment about ROOT, rootcint and cint return status.

Rootcint and cint returns correct return status. When it successes 0,
falis non-zero. It behaves similary to other UNIX applications.
What is confusing is that shell interpreter handles && and || in strange
way, so some people may have confused from it. In fact, it does look strange
but it is a matter of how shell interprets true and false.

At this moment, root always return 0 regardless of returns status. This is
a subject for some improvement.
