TMapFile::Update()

Dear rooters,

I'm getting a 
*** Break *** segmentation violation
in the Update() function acting on a TMapFile object.
I checked the addresses mapped by different shared memories at the
creation stage:

Memory mapped file:   sil.map
Title:                Sil memory mapped file with histograms
Option:               CREATE
Mapped Memory region: 0x40dea000 - 0x4158b200 (7.63 MB)
Current breakval:     0x40df2000
Memory mapped file:   sil_ism.map
Title:                Ism memory mapped file
Option:               CREATE
Mapped Memory region: 0x415ad000 - 0x43431800 (30.52 MB)
Current breakval:     0x415b4000
Memory mapped file:   sil_osm.map
Title:                Osm memory mapped file
Option:               CREATE
Mapped Memory region: 0x43432000 - 0x43bd3200 (7.63 MB)
Current breakval:     0x43439000

and at the Update stage:

update sil:     0x40dee008
update sil_ism: 0x415b1008
update sil_osm: 0x43436008

 *** Break *** segmentation violation


Any suggestion about the possible reason for this error?
