From Pere:
- Added the following packages: oracle, mysql, odbc, gviz, fftw, pythia6,
pythia8, unuran, table
- Changed the default values for the build options depending on platform
such that they display correctly with cmake-gui or ccmake
- Fixed mathmore build on Windows
- Make histfactory depending on xml option
