Revert the last patch to use krb5_c_valid_cksumtype(...) instead of the old fashioned valid_cksumtype(...). This function 'krb5_c_valid_cksumtype' should always be available in 'krb5.h'. If this creates problems on peculiar installations we will address them as they come.
