xcdb6000.tarbin as a binary file, and process it with tar. For example, if you have xcdb6000.tarbin and /tmp, use the following commands to extract the tarfile contents into /usr/bin:
su # become super user
cd /usr/bin # go to destination directory
tar xvf /tmp/xcdb6000.tarbin # extract contents (Xcdb)
# now click Ctrl-d to become normal user again
