Thanks for your comment! We are a small team; porting ROOT to Android because there might be a future compute use case (in my point of view much much more speculative than Linux on ARM - which we support) is out of reach for us.
Also, at least I see mobile devices as visualization interfaces, not compute devices. Thus supporting graphics is key, supporting TTTree analysis using ACLiC etc is not. We'll see in 5 years - maybe I guessed wrong :-)
