IList and OList

Hi Root Folk,

I was checking out the new TreeViewer in root
v2_23_09 which has several features and bug fixes
which I was looking for, so I'm mostly a happy camper/rooter.

I have a question, though, on how to use the IList and
OList boxes. If I understand correctly, these are filters
on what is presented from the TTree. We're using a
root gui where we load calibrations into a TTree, do
some analysis, and then we may want to write a list of
bad channels. Can these List variables be useful for
that or do I misunderstand the purpose?
