Thank you very much for your report.

  Last week I found this problem too. I did report this via ROOT Bug
  report Web page.
  I am trying to understand where is this problem came from.
  As far as I know there was no special "path separator parser for NT"
  introduced.

  My guess there was something new for UNIX.
