But only ONE which is really workin, with the Distiller or better a
direct production out of Framemaker or Indesign, then you have also
every Link from the Directory and Index clickable, it jumps then to
that part. You cant do that in another way !

No i dont forget, but it is not good to maintain, and the Bugtracking
is much to complex ( Sorry i had to write many things in Latex but
there i realysed, that this is an slow an ineffective Way )
Sorry DVI is not really portable, because everybody needs the
packages wich were yoused to generate it, but you need so much to let
it looking nice that this is no simple way.

Yes they look very boring, and not all are handsome. And you see that
it is tex ( No Graphics in Floating Text, no Color, no Colorsync, no
good pdf's)

I dont think so, an page with full text search is much more useful.

I agree.

Dont tell it translate, its only a conversion, and löook at
Framemaker, this piece does the Job much better.

Sorry you are wron at all, because the Pageends, and the real Page
Layout is tex specific produced at the end , so its WYSIWY(didnt)M

But there is a strict Standart called Postscript, and if sombody has
not implemented it good, this product is shit.
And for this is a Colorsync Software ( not available at Tex at all)
to make the things looking the same from the scan to the Print.

For me its vice versa. LaTex is only a historical tool, and
Framemaker is a new faster Way to produce this.

My Conclusion is no Latex, because its only good not high quality,
Framaker is customizable too and it is nearly Platformindependent.
