TTHread class is based on PTHREAD implementation and was installed
only for two platforms: Linux and Solaris. Probably there is no big deal to install
it on other UNIX platforms. For NT there is some specific problem. ROOT NT is already
used threads, so to implement TTHreads there it needs to be careful, to avoid
clashes between these two different kind of threads.

So, resume: there is not TTHread for NT
