I reply myself,

 as it is allways, you sit in agony for two days, write to roottalk - and find
 the solution (I hope)
 
 I had a different .so's while writing and reading the file. probably the
  differences where too little to disturb the macro, but too large for the
  TBrowser.

ps. since this phenomenon is quite strange I'm still interested if somebody
    experianced it also.
