No. In the browser, objects on disk are shown with name;1
When an object on disk is double clicked, it is imported in memory where it
may be modified. The imported (possibly modified) object in memory
is called name instead of name;1.
So, if you click on all disk objects, the browser at the end will show twice
each object (the in memory copy and the disk resident).

This problem was fixed in 2.24. see release notes.
