Hello Jayoung,
In an interactive session, the statement
  nt.Draw("ed","s1")
produces an histogram named "htemp".
You can access its number of entries via
  htemp->GetEntries();
You can also access it from the list of primitives in the pad via
  TH1F *htemp = (TH1F*)gPad->GetPrimitive("htemp);
  htemp->GetEntries();
