Hi Andrei,
Very likely, I made a mistake in generating the "InstallShield" version
for 2.25/03. I am currently in Greece and cannot rebuild the file
from here.
Could you try to use the file win32.tar.gz instead of ROOT_v22503.exe ?
I will regenerate the file early next week.
