Hi Rooters,
Vassili Papavassiliou found that if you have trouble printing the Users
Guide PDF version, check the button "Level 1" in the PostScript obptions
(acroread may have "Level 2 Only" by default). He found this on acroread 4.0
on a Red Hat Linux/Intel 6.1.
