[ROOT] Incompatibilities between TVector2 and TVector3

Hi,

I find it very odd that certain functions which presumably do 
conceptually the same thing have different names in TVector2 and 
TVector3. For example: Mod vs. Mag; Ort vs. Orthogonal; and Proj and 
Norm which exist in TVector2 have no analogs in TVector3.

Also, is there any chance of getting documentation into the TVector2 
class? I'd also like to see TVector3's documentation improved as well, 
with listings next to the functions (and mathematical formulae, where 
appropriate) for the less obvious ones in addition to the reasonably 
good documentation in the body of the class.
