Yes, I know I can do that, but the contour representation is not the 
best. In particular, you cannot see the errors on the data points, or 
get more than a rough feel for how close the fit and data really are. 
To do that, we have to have a 1-d representation in slices, and that 
means plotting slices of a TF2.

Probably not a simple thing to add to ROOT, but as I say, I think it is 
potentially very valuable, especially if it can be generalized to TF3 
and even higher -ary functions.
