[ROOT] FitPanel

To Whom it May Concern,

I have been attempting to fit some curves using
the 'FitPanel'.

The problem I am having has to do with choosing the
range over which to fit a curve. If I read the TFitPanel
page (root/html/TFitPanel.html), I see that it says
that 'One can select a range of the histogram to be
fitted via the slider'.

However, the FitPanel that pops up when I right
click on a histogram, or when I issue the hist.FitPanel();
command from the 'root []' prompt has the SliderBar completely
filling the SliderBox. This is in contrast to the FitPanel
that is displayed on the TFitPanel page.

I have been unsuccessful in attempting to reduce the
size (width) of the SliderBar which would presumably allow me
to select the range of the histogram that I want to fit.

	Any suggestions?

	Thanks in advance.

	regards,

	Lars Ewell
