The head of the cvs repository won't compile under RedHat Linux 6.1
Intel due to a missing header file named proofdp.h. I did a find
(e.g. find . -name "proofdp*" -print) on the ROOT source tree, and
couldn't find proofdp.h.

I then did a "find + grep" on the entire ROOT source tree, and found
that this nonexistent header file is #included by the following 4 source
files:

  -rw-rw-r-- 1 langston langston 25870 Dec 20 12:57
proofd/src/proofd.cxx
  -rw-rw-r-- 1 langston langston 5132 Dec 15 11:38
proofd/src/daemon.cxx
  -rw-rw-r-- 1 langston langston 3608 Dec 19 08:18
proofd/src/error.cxx
  -rw-rw-r-- 1 langston langston 11888 Dec 19 06:35 proofd/src/net.cxx

Regards, Matt
