[ROOT] HEPEVT.h: choosing the right dimensions of /HEPEVT/

Dear ROOTers,

I'd like to point out that ROOT is being distributed with the definition
of /HEPEVT/ corresponding to old Pythia version 5, accomodating for 2000
particles. New Pythia and the present "standard" (-:) definition of 
/HEPEVT/ defines the particle list in there to be 4000 particles long. 
After several times of spending an hour on learning this again an again,
I think that it makes a lot of sense to have a preprocessor 
conditional flag in Hepevt.h, such that it would be possible to 
choose the right dimensions in this interface include file when
building the ROOT libraries.
