Hi rooters,

I have fixed a problem with www.smartquant.com on Linux/Netscape. This was
about fixed font size usage in the styles. Several bugs are still where and
the front page is not updated but all the other pages like
www.smartquant.com/neural.html are ready.

Please feel free to send me your comments/suggestions for further
improvements of the site design.
