Hi rooters,

can we add more functionalitines in TTime class? Assuming it holds a number
of (milli)seconds from midnight, it can have converters from
hh:mm:ss:(millisec) and viceversa. This is simple and useful. Also some
printing and AsString functionalities can be added.
