[ROOT] fitting 2-d histogram with subranges

Hello ROOTers,

I faced with the following problem. I need to fit 2-d histogram, but there
is no function like TH1.Fit(...) in the TH2 class and its descendants. Tell
me please, can I do it at all, and if I do, how ?
