[ROOT] running batch program on Alpha OSF

Hej Rooters,

After changing the ROOT version from 3.00/06 to 3.01/00 on Alpha OSF with cxx 6.2, I
get now a lot of error messages while running with the new version compiled programs:

<TApplication::CreateApplication>: created default TApplication
Now reading ... /data/datau2/maier/astro/REAL-r01399f02_a.root
Error in <TBuffer::ReadClass>: got wrong class: TStreamerInfo
Error in <TBuffer::CheckByteCount>: object of class TNamed read too few bytes
Warning in <TBuffer::CheckByteCount>: TNamed::Streamer() not in sync with data on file,
fix Streamer()
Error in <TBuffer::ReadClass>: got wrong class: TStreamerBase

.. and so on.

Do I have to change something in the compiling options for the new version?
