Hi Dmitriy,

Could you send me the full transcript of your session in the terminal
including the ROOT welcome, CINT version, etc.
I cannot reproduce your problem (on NT) with 3.01/02 or 3.01/03.

Please other Windows users, could you confirm if cout is OK for you
in your version if you run 3.01.xxx
