[ROOT] Pythia /6 is missing HELP

Hi,

While installing Pluto++ the diractory 
/u/holzmann/pythia6    and
files Pythia6, TPythia6.h, TPythia6.cxx  do not appear.

In Root version 3.00 (/roo/include/ directory) TPythia do not appear.

In Root web page (root.cer.ch) there are TPythia.h (not
TPythia6.h) and  thml format of TPythia.cxx .

Can you help me, 
1. How to install Pluto++ with complete elements, including
/u/holzmann/pythia6/   ?

2. How to get definition file TPhythia6.h
   and source file            TPythia6.cxx   ?

So that Pluto++ run.
