Hi Brett,

   the gBatchGuiFactory has dummy operations for creating the platform
dependent window (X/Win32) used by the TCanvas. Since for an embedded
canvas the window is already created we don't want the TCanvas to create
another one in its Build() method. To avoid that we use the BatchGuiFGactory.
