Hi Armin, I myself am running also exclusively on windows (i.e. win98) and don't get problems even with all my ALICE classes. So, perhaps some environment vars. are not set correctly in your autoexec.bat Is your root residing in e.g. c:\root or in ...\Program Files ? In the latter case you get problems dus to the space in the directory name. One should never have invented a dirname like that. If the latter is the case, please install root in e.g. c:\root, update the %ROOTSYS% in your autoexec.bat and have a try again.
