I made a mistake, and found that I had to add a '+' in a LinkDef.h file
to enable the '//[n]' feature (it wasnt obvious on the old User Guide
for me, but clear on the new one).

Then this part works and a Streammer is generated. I still have another
problem (reporting 'not in sync' Streamers) but wouldnt bet it's not my
fault so I wont complain unless further investigation!
