[ROOT] Compilation error with Mandrake 8.0

Hi,
I am trying to compile using Mandrake 8.0 (gcc 2.9.6 and glibc 2.2.2)
The arch I am using is: 
linuxia64gcc   for Itanium Linux gcc 2.9x and glibc
because the version of gcc. 

Is it the right one ???

In any case during the compilation i got this error:
