Hello Ted,

Yes, once I had one. But it was for old HP computer which
you can not find any where now. 

However, there is no big trick.  If you have GP-IB library 
from whatever source (Agilent, National Instrument, yourown)
you simply can embed it using makecint.  I actually get report
from some people who did this for National Instrument GP-IB
library.
