[ROOT] TLevel class?

I think it would be nice to have a "level" class which draws a
horizontal or vertical line on a histogram in different color. I.e. if I
say TLevel(10, kHorizontal) and then Draw, it will draw a horizontal
line at 10 on Y axis.

It looks like TLine but that's a kind of "special" line.
