[ROOT] TMinuit mnparm

Hi,

Re-initialising a TMinuit parameter after fixing leads to unexpected
results. I think this is because a fixed parameter is released by
calling mnfree(1) for the mnparm Member function. This should probably
bee mnfree(-k). At the ned of the routine the parameter is fixed agaian,
which is probably the standard MINUIT behaviour...

One small comment to the same function is that when a parameter has
limits it's name is surrounded by quites ('), while this is not done for
the parameters without limits. This looks a bit strange in the output,
especially because it screws up the columnar make-up of the
parameter-list.

Best regards,

Marco van Leeuwen.
